Greetings!

The design of this page is purpose-oriented to the setting of a forum on the impact that the concept of turbulence may have, in dealing with complex emergencies and natural disasters of any kind.

We start with the work developed by a  free-lance researcher which was, and still is motivated by the will to give an effective response to the Call that it is hereby launched to the Web. However, multiple contributions will be welcome, whether they come to help to develop the line of investigation that is initially exposed (as work in progress), or that they are presented as alternative approaches.

Luís Calvão Borges  is currently responsible for the maintenance of this web page. Should you wish to collaborate, or to play an active role in the enterprise, please e-mail him, including your photo, an abbreviated curriculum and your own e-mail, together with your own, eventually proposed contribution. Short, uncompromised but signed up commentaries are also welcome.

It is the resolution of the launcher of this page, that bridges should be constructed to reach for better, possible worlds. And there are reasons for him to endure the feeling that it is in turbulence that lies the key to the needed technology, as these bridges are nothing more than simple instantiations of the art and skill of navigation in some structure of possible worlds.
